June 25th (10-11:30AM) - The How and Why to Journaling

Writing down your thoughts and feelings can benefit your mental health by promoting positive self talk, clearing mental clutter, focusing your mind, and bringing awareness.  In this session, we will discuss the benefits of journaling and the different techniques to use to begin.   

All events are located on site at HETRA's Gretna Campus (10130 S. 222nd Street, Gretna, NE 68028), and times listed are central time zone. 

Each Wellness Event costs $5.00.
