Kickstart Venture Services supports faculty startup formation, business development, and growth by providing coaching and mentoring, connection with key service providers, physical space, and other venture services. By completing the following form, you volunteer to be a part of a cohort of experts to provide insights for various opportunities, mentorship, event or application judging, and/or Entrepreneur-in-Residence.

Minimum requirements to consider before completing this application

• Experience with IP-based Startups, particularly in the following fields: therapeutics, medical devices, digital health, and physical sciences
• Availability to meet regularly (bi-weekly or monthly) with mentees
