Thanks for your interest in the BEP Speakers Bureau. We look forward to finding you speakers to inspire and educate your students! Before proceeding, please note:
  • A new Ontario Ministry of Education policy requires schools to give a minimum of 14 days advance notice to book a guest speaker so please keep that in mind when booking. 
     
  • Please be patient and allow time for us to fulfill your request. This will depend on how quickly our volunteers respond and if they are available.  

  • ONE request at a time. If you wish to submit additional, similar requests, a link will be provided in the window upon completing this form and emailed to you.

Event Format and Scheduling
Note that "Career Conversations" events are currently being offered as school-wide events for Grade 9-10 students. For individual classroom presentations, choose "Individual Career Talk."

Examples: "Avoid Oct 17" OR "Prefer months of October and November." Note that dates available for "Career Conversations" events include May 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14. Please rank order your top choices and/or provide alternate options that would work for your school in second half of May.

So, please make a request even if you don't see someone directly relevant; 2) Because our speakers are volunteers, we cannot guarantee their availability for specific requests.
