SeaChange Capital Partners
The Transformational Partnerships Fund ("TPF") is a confidential, philanthropic initiative to help Institutions of Higher Education ("IHEs") explore partnerships that are potentially transformational for the students they serve.  This form is intended to collect information that will make our first conversation more productive. You can see a full list of questions here.

If you are interested in the possibility of a grant please carefully review our 
eligibility criteria before completing the form. In particular, please note that grant inquiries must be completed by two institutions together. We do not make grants to single institutions or to support partnership discussions that have finished the exploratory phase.

If you are applying with respect to a particular situation all the participating institutions should be aware of the application and have agreed on the content.
