Please complete the form to register your child/student. Payment should be made via credit card during the final step. No registration is guaranteed without full payment.

This is an IN-PERSON event being planned with significantly reduced attendance to ensure student and staff safety. All students will be sent pertinent guidelines prior to the event (masks, social distancing). 

If you are registering multiple students, they must all be from the same school. If the students are from different schools, you must complete a separate form for each school.

Student Leadership Days are open to 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders.

The fee is $25 per student for Regular Registration after January 1, 2021. This is an IN-PERSON Program.
  • Program goes from 9:00am - 12:30pm 
  • Each student will receive materials for their activities
  • Students will participate in 2 workshops, group dynamics exercises and servant leadership sessions. Students will also be presented a keynote address from a local educator/professional
  • Breaks will be provided during the day 
  • TACSC will provide "closed" snacks (chips, granola bars, water)
  • Students will be dismissed at 12:30pm so please make any individual lunch plans as necessary for after the event

After you submit, you will be taken to PayPal for payment via credit card for the total for this form. All registrations will be valid after payment.

If the school is paying by check, it must be received in the TACSC Office for registrations to be valid.
