Thank you for your interest in joining the Rung for Women community!

Our next cohort of women will begin their journey in Fall 2021. This form is the first step to becoming a Rung member.

Rung  is a career development program that empowers women to identify and achieve their long-term professional goals, along with personal goals related to wellbeing and finances.

Please note:

1.    We are intentional about seeking a diverse community of women to ensure representation of women from various backgrounds. Please answer each question and provide explanations when applicable.

2.   Programs are only available in the English language at this time.

3.  You must be interested in maintaining or obtaining full-time employment. Our Career Services team will create an individualized experience of training and support to your growth with your current employer or launching your dream career.

If you are not eligible or ready to participate in our full program, we invite you to sign up for our email list to receive invites for special events and activities for women in the St. Louis region.

Personal Information

This information is used to calculate metrics to assess the diversity within the communities we serve and also for funding purposes (i.e. Grant proposals)

Rung is open to people who identify as women.

Rung is open to women who have at least completed a GED or received a high school diploma.

Rung is open to women who are interested in full time employment.

Membership Eligibility Continued

Due to the long-term nature of our program, stability in housing and finance are critical to ensure your success. We define stable as a consistent, permanent place to live. If you are currently not in stable housing, please contact Call 211 This helpline can connect you to local housing resources needed to maintain housing.

Rung for Women is designed for women who have had some prior work experience.

Please only include your individual income (Do not include supplemental income i.e. Child Support, Food Stamps, Disability)
