Partner Agency Training Registration

Once your agency has completed the Partner Agency Agreement and is registered as an authorized Partner Agency, each individual staff member must complete on-demand video training before making referrals.

Once you complete this form, you’ll be directed to an online training page with videos and training guides. First time viewers can also expect to receive an email (at the address you provide below) within 2 business days. That email will provide your unique web address (URL) to access the online portal and submit referrals on behalf of your organization’s customers.

Do you already have a URL to make referrals? Note: The same URL is used for both Financial and Appliance referrals.
