Please be aware that the following eligibility requirements must be met for your application to be considered:
  • Minimum Age Required by June 6th 2021 - 18 years of age
  • Must be available on June 6th 2021

Common Ground Positions

The Common Ground Fellowship provides professional development for teens working at day camps in New York. The faculty Planning Orientation is TBD, but will be in the evening on a weeknight.  The Common Ground program will be held at Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds (HKC) on Long Island on June 6th 2021.   

 

Logistics Event Interns will be responsible for pre-conference preparations and program logistics. This person must be able to lift over 25lbs with ease. They are responsible for getting themselves to HKC Long Island for the day, but will be reimbursed for travel from the New York area. There is a $300 stipend for this role.


Madrich(a) / Educator Event Interns will be responsible for pre-conference preparations and educational assistance during the in-person conference. Educator Event Interns will work closely with Common Ground educators during the conference to ensure sessions run smoothly. They are responsible for getting to HKC Long Island for the day, but will be reimbursed for travel from the New York area. Educator Event Staff are also expected to attend all three Tzedek Tzircles over Zoom this summer where they will help educators run virtual sessions for the CITs by providing tech support. There are three positions open for this role. There is a $600 stipend for this role.
