Fellowship Application

WELCOME TO THE FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION

Welcome to the Baltimore Corps Fellowship application. The Fellowship remains our premiere professional development program for emerging leaders in the social impact sector in Baltimore.  Each year, the Fellowship cohort is selected based on both the individual and organizational commitment to professional development, coaching, advancing sector effectiveness, and accelerating equity and racial justice in the city. We seek to ensure that the fellowship demographic make-up is reflective of the city’s demographics.

Our Fellowship is open to any professional doing social impact work in Baltimore City who is already matched in a position. Applicants are screened for alignment to Baltimore Corps values. We are looking for changemakers seeking to run towards the challenges in our city and willing to dig deep to find the solutions for our communities.

Both the Fellowship applicant and their supervisor, whom we refer to as the Visionary Cause Leader (VCL) will be admitted to the Fellowship as a unit. Our programming is designed to help Fellows and their VCLs build capacity and work towards equitable solutions in their organizations together. The Fellowship applicant and their VCL will each submit their own portion of the application.
