Shandra Steininger, LMSW holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. Her passion to create equitable spaces of belonging, especially for youth experiencing unsafe and unstable housing, comes from an early childhood, riddled with neglect, abuse, poverty, and instability. In 2014, Shandra Co-Founded the first homeless youth drop-in center in West Michigan. Shandra joined Youth Collaboratory as a Training and Capacity Building Manager offering a variety of technical assistance for Runaway and Homeless Youth providers.
