The Circl programme gives you real leadership experience, confidence, and a network for success. You’ll develop leadership and core coaching skills while working alongside professionals from top organisations such as Barclays, Baker McKenzie, eBay, Facebook, Google, Zurich Insurance, and more.

Who are our Future Leaders?

Future Leaders are 18–24-year-olds who may face—or may have faced—barriers, whether socioeconomic or other challenges, that often limit access to leadership roles. Though highly motivated, they may lack the networks and opportunities others have to help them progress.

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness and curiosity to learn and grow!

At Circl, we want to support young people whose background may traditionally be a limiting factor in them becoming a leader. As such, please answer the following questions to help us better understand you, your background and circumstances.

It’s crucial that those who are offered a place are ready to fully engage, show up consistently, and make the most of the opportunity.

Places on the programme are fully funded by the leading organisations we partner with, so we expect participants to take the experience seriously. That said, the programme is also a fun, engaging, and rewarding learning experience - and we’re genuinely excited about the possibility of you joining us!

To make the most of your interview (and later, the programme itself), please ensure you have a stable internet connection and join from a laptop or desktop computer rather than a phone.

⚠️ Important Note

Due to high demand, not all applicants will be invited to the interview stage.

However, if you are successful at this stage, you’ll receive a booking link to arrange your 15-minute Zoom call. Please book your interview within one week of receiving the link.
