Our programme is designed for underrepresented young adults aged 18-24, offering you the chance to develop leadership and core coaching skills alongside professionals from leading organisations such as Google, Facebook, McKinsey, Barclays, British Land, and more.

Who Are Our Future Leaders?

Future Leaders are 18-24-year-olds facing barriers—whether socioeconomic or other challenges—that often limit access to leadership roles. Though highly motivated, they lack the networks and opportunities others have to help them progress.

What Can You Gain from Circl?

Circl offers the chance to:

Acquire core coaching skills to help both your professional and personal development.
Build valuable connections in a supportive, collaborative environment with peers and professionals.
Collaborate with professionals and other Future Leaders, coaching and being coached to set and achieve goals.
Earn the Circl Leader as Coach certification, recognised by the Association for Coaching.
