Advocate Non Disclosure Agreements 
Non Disclosure 
I. Purpose. 
This Advocate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), referred to as the “Agreement,” is between

referred to as a “KIDS TOO” (American Childhood Cancer Organization® (ACCO) & Momcology®) Volunteer Advocate, who is associated with and/or involved in ACCO’s advocacy programs, understands and agrees to the following.

II. Confidential Information. All data, materials, knowledge, and proprietary information generated through, originating from, or having to do with the ACCO’s Program(s), including their Advocacy Program(s) are the sole Intellectual Property (IP) of ACCO and as such are not to be disclosed, copied, amended, conveyed, or laid claim to any other entity other than ACCO. This includes but is not limited to any communication of any kind whether verbal, written, or any other form, and any information relating to technical data, know-how, research data, algorithms, business, and product plans, surveys, messages (received or transmitted), resources, contacts, email lists, and email messages, registered trademarks, or other items of commercial and non-commercial interest, created by or resulting from ACCO expertise, relationships, or research conducted by ACCO. 

In pursuit of achieving our mission and conducting our charitable activities, ACCO’s works of authorship, technical expertise, designs, program materials, registered trademarks, branding materials, and public and private relationships constitute ACCO’s Intellectual Property (IP).

The signature of the Volunteer below acknowledges his/her agreement to the aforementioned terms.
