ICLP runs from June 2021 - March 2022. The schedule amounts to over 14 days of training including (1) evening program orientation, a (3) day opening retreat, (5) weekday leadership sessions, (3) weekday strategy sessions, (1) showcase prep session, (1) showcase and graduation event, plus optional Coro and NYIC events and trainings.

Due to the experiential nature of our training and the importance of the group in our work together, and commitment to attend all program sessions is preferred. However, we understand that participants may need to miss a session.  A total of 2 absences are possible with no more than 1 absence for a leadership day session and 1 absence for a strategy day session. Absences exceeding this could result in your withdrawal from the program.

Please note that full attendance in the Opening Retreat from July 21-23 and Showcase and Graduation on March 29 is required. Day 3 of the Opening Retreat will be held in-person, outdoors, and in compliance with DOH and CDC guidelines.
