Individual membership – This level of membership is perfect for private practitioners, practitioners in small health centers, students and oral health advocates

Dentist/C-Suite/Manager/Support Staff – For individual dentists and other individuals with an interest in supporting safety-net programs

Dental Assistant/Hygienist/Dental Therapist – For individual dental hygienists, assistants, and dental therapists working in safety-net programs

Organizational membership – This level of membership is designed to serve the needs of Community Health Centers with established or growing oral health programs and universities and includes 20 individual staff or faculty members with full individual member benefits

Association membership – This level of membership is designed for state, regional, or national associations that work with or support safety-net dental providers (i.e. Dental Associations and Oral Health Networks) and includes 20 individual staff or faculty members with full individual member benefits
