A few notes to help you with this form.

  1. Please use whole numbers, in numeric format, where applicable. Text will not be accepted in numeric fields; if you collected 2.5 tons, you will need to multiply by 2,000 and enter the actual pounds collected.
  2. For results, you will be required to respond to every question; if a question does not apply to you, please enter a "0."
  3. You have the option to save and go back to this form at a later time; please follow the prompts.
  4. When complete, please review and hit "submit."

Event Info

If submitting one wrap up for multiple events of the same type (i.e. 4 Trash Off events), select the date of the first event if the events occurred on different days.


Volunteers

Those people who have active working involvement in an event. A volunteer does work that would otherwise be done by a paid staff person.

Those people who actively contribute to an event or ongoing program (in a way other than just attending), such as a vendor, presenter, honorary attendee, etc.

Such as scout groups, church groups, etc.

One 30 gallon bag of litter = estimated 20 pounds

Education

For example, school presentation or train the trainer.
