Non Disclosure Agreement

Video permissions & Confidentiality agreement The undersigned enters into the following agreement with Basis Research Ltd. (“Producer”) and their Client. I have been informed that my self-recorded video audition task will be reviewed by Basis Research and their client for the purposes of assessing my suitability for the research. I have been informed that if selected to take part in the research, Basis Research Ltd. will be capturing and recording video footage and that my name, email, geographical location, likeness, image, voice and / or appearance (“Personal Data”) is being recorded for the purpose of providing insight to the Client via the online platforms Indeemo and Zoom. I understand that any photos / video footage / screen recording from the research may be passed to and used by our Client and approved third parties for the purposes of sharing insights from this research. This includes photos, video footage /screen capture I submit online via the Indeemo platform, and footage recorded during video focus group discussions / interviews. I also understand that this research is commercially sensitive and highly confidential and is under an NDA (non-disclosure agreement), which means I must not disclose, reference or discuss any information, ideas, or content shown to anyone outside of the research itself. I must not under any circumstances record or screenshot the ideas in any way (neither audio, nor video). I have been informed that the identity of the Client organisation will be communicated at the end of this research project. 1. I grant the Producer and Client, and approved third parties, the right to use my Personal Data (including video) for internal business purposes such as internal communications, meetings and presentations. 2. I acknowledge that my Personal Data will be held securely in accordance with the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct and European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and / equivalent data protection protocols in other markets, and that under no circumstance will my Personal Data be presented to or made accessible to the public domain. 3. I acknowledge that the video footage may be processed and / stored on servers outside of the US (by client and approved third parties) 4. I grant the Producer and Client permission to retain my Personal Data for up to 3 years. 5. I agree not to disclose, discuss or share any information, ideas, or content shown and discussed to anyone outside of the research I have read, understand and agree to the above:
