I will be aged 14-19 as of 23rd September 2023 (up to 21 if you have additional needs or have a disability).

I am an Achievement Award Winner, Environmental Award Winner, Speak Out Finalist, Step Into Dance Finalist, Wall Ball Finalist, Panthlon Finalist, Anthony Nolan Youth Ambassador or participant of any other Jack Petchey Foundation programme.

I am able to attend a selection day at the Jack Petchey Foundation (E14 8JJ) on 23rd September 2023.

I am able to attend the residential training weekend from 16:00 on 27th-29th October 2023

I am able to attend all five Saturday training days at the Jack Petchey Foundation. The dates are: 9th December 2023, 20th January 2024, 9th March 2024, 20th April 2024 & 8th June 2024 Sessions run 09:45 - 16:00.
