Recommendation Letters
Two unique recommendation letters each written by a different individual must be submitted to info@diamondchallenge.org with the subject line "Student Advisory Board Recommendation" by the application deadline. Recommendations can come from community leaders, teachers, school advisors, etc. Please do not submit recommendation letters from family members.

Upcoming Dates and Deadlines
  • SAB applications are due no later than Sunday, May 30 at 11:59 p.m. United States Eastern Time.
  • The next round of the application process includes virtual interviews. Interviews are requested on an as-needed basis to support the Student Advisory Board selection process. You will be notified by Wednesday, June 2 at 11:59 p.m. United States Eastern Time if you are invited for a virtual interview. If invited for a virtual interview, you will sign up for a slot within the platform SignUpGenius. Interviews will be held from Thursday, June 3 - Monday, June 7. 
  • All Student Advisory Board application decisions will be released by Tuesday, June 8. 
  • If selected as a member of the board, your Student Advisory Board decision is due via email to info@diamondchallenge.org by Thursday, June 10. 
  • Our kick-off SAB welcome session will take place on Saturday, June 12. 
  • Informal virtual connection sessions will take place between June 14 - June 18, hosted by former SAB members, to help new SAB members connect with one another.
