All members are bound by the constitution of the association and by rulings of the board and membership meetings of the association. By joining the association, you provide your permission for the association to hold your personal contact information and to use the information to communicate with yourself

The voting membership of the association consists of knowledge management practitioners who have paid the prescribed individual or group annual membership fees of the association.

Membership lapses if the annual renewal fee is not paid by the end of the fourth month of the new financial year.
