Referral Partner - Register Interest

Thank you for your interest in referring to The Bike Project. Note, this form does not sign you up as a Referral Partner, but lets us know that you are interested.

We are currently working via referral partners as a way to manage some of the administration and communication around our bike donations.

As a partner you refer bike recipients to us via an online form. You are required to provide us with the basic information for the recipient (name, ARC/BRP number, address, height etc) and you must fill out the form on behalf of the bike recipient. We ask that one main point of contact in the organisation is responsible for completing this form.

We are now able to invite all recipients into our workshop to collect their bikes. All bikes come with an accessory pack and support in maintenance, repairs and replacements (when appropriate) for as long as is needed.

As a referral partner you act as our connection to the recipient and you will need to update us on any changes to their situation (address, problems with bike etc). We also ask that you ensure the recipient has a safe place to store the bike once they receive it. Your name will appear on our list of referral partners available to the public.

We are constantly reviewing our referral partner list and so if you are interested in making referrals in the future please provide us with the information below and we will be in touch as soon as we are able to take on new partners.
