The Barr & NAS Mid-Level Leader Initiative is a partnership to support leaders from arts organizations across Massachusetts in strengthening their abilities to advance equity via individualized coaching with certified coaches.

Mid-level leaders play an important role in supporting organizational and community change, but they are rarely the recipients of professional development opportunities to bolster their abilities. This initiative encourages leaders to explore their sense of agency, integrate their personal values into their work, and find effective strategies for aligning organizational change efforts.
