Camp Connect Program Information

Camp Connects provides siblings separated in foster care an environment of fun and safety, allowing them for a short time to set aside their trauma and experience the joy of being a kid while connecting with their brothers and sisters. Since 2008, Camp Connect has supported brothers and sisters who are separated in the foster care system through sibling visits, monthly events, and a 4-day/3-night summer camp.

At Promises2Kids, we believe all foster youth deserve the chance to experience the life-changing power of summer camp. This year, we are increasing sibling camp to 6-days/5-nights! We look forward to siblings joining us for a week of fun in the sun!

Sorry, your youth does not meet the minimum program eligibility requirements for Sibling Summer Camp, August 1-4th. BUT....!

Promises2Kids is inviting youth in care, ages 10-18, to join us from August 4-6th for Promises2Kids Summer Camp. To participate in this portion of camp, you do not need to be separated from a sibling. Youth ages 8-18 that have an open, out-of-home, case in foster care in San Diego County are eligible to join.
