Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd. requests your assistance by completing a Business Survey. Mason Tillman has been retained by Alameda County to conduct an independent evaluation of its utilization of Minority and Women Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) on County contracts from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020. This utilization will be compared to the availability of ready, willing and able M/WBEs in the market area to determine if a statistical disparity exists.
