THANK YOU for applying to volunteer for the MS Melbourne Run + Ride Festival!

You must be 12 years or older on the date of the Event to volunteer.

If you will be under 16 years of age on Event Day, you will need a guardian to sign the waiver. On Event Day, you will need to be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older.

Do you rely on public transport?

The event takes place on a Sunday and most volunteers start around 6am. If you are relying on public transport to get to your shift, please check your options before event weekend.

TEAM LEADERS

Taking on a volunteer role as Team Leader or Manager typically includes supervising a volunteer team and setting up and packing down your area.  It is essential that Team Leaders have a thorough understanding of their role and are able to effectively communicate with other Team Leaders and MS Event Staff.

Professional photographers will be present at all MS events. Any photos taken by these photographers can be used to promote the event, future fundraising activities, and can be used on social media. COVID SAFE

MSL requires all volunteers and participants to comply with relevant state health orders in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic at the time of the event, including but not limited to social distancing, wearing of masks and proof of vaccine. Anyone who is unable to comply with the current guidelines at the time of the event may be unable to volunteer.
