This virtual training is intended for Multidisciplinary Team Facilitators working with CACs and MDTs in the northeast region. Over the course of two 3-hour virtual sessions presented via Zoom Video Conference, the following topics will be covered: understanding the role of the team facilitator; creating team buy-in into the CAC/MDT model; developing effective teams; and building a better case review. You will need to attend and participate in both virtual training sessions in full to receive your certificate.
PLEASE NOTE: this training is for MDT Facilitators from the northeast region (CT, MA, ME, NJ, NH, NY, PA, RI, VT) who have been in their role for 1-3 years and have no prior training on MDT facilitation. Applicants who do not fit these parameters will be placed on a waiting list and contacted in case of an opening.
