If you're planning on collecting more eastern white oak samples, use this form so we know your updated trip plans and can ship you the proper amount of supplies!

We have met our project goals in many states (good job team!) so please only request more supplies if you live in: Illinois, New York, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, West Virginia, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, and (northern) Florida.

Do you need gear? ex. Saw toss, protocol, tape measure, etc.

Yes, I don't have any equipment and need it all!Nope, I've got everything I need, just send me the envelopes!Other, I broke/lost/vaporized some of the equipment!

Let us know what was vaporized and we'll send a replacement with your envelopes.
