NAFO member companies support many worthwhile initiatives that address diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in forestry. To act as a conduit for information, NAFO has established a sharable database of member-supported DEI programs.

To add your company's DEI programs to the database, please fill out this form. You can only submit one program at a time. If you have multiple programs you would like to add, you will have to fill out the form for each program individually.

This document outlines the information you will be asked to provide in this form. Please look at the database on the NAFO website for additional reference.

Program Information

Please provide background information about the DEI program that your company supports.

Please list the name of the organization that owns/runs the program. If the program name is the name of the managing organization, please list it in both fields.

If the program doesn't have a website, but has a digital press release or has been promoted online elsewhere, you may link that instead. All links must be formatted with https (example https://www.nafoalliance.org). If there is nothing to link, please leave this field blank.
