We see this programme as a partnership between Jack Petchey Foundation, the host organisation and the intern. Please ensure you are comfortable with the conditions below before applying.

If successful, please confirm you understand that:
- it will be your organisation’s responsibility to conduct a fair and accessible recruitment process
- your organisation will award your chosen candidate a 12 month, full-time contract from March 2026
- the recruitment, employment, supervision, pay and support of the intern will all be managed by your organisation
- the grant from the Jack Petchey Foundation will cover a portion of the direct salary costs
- Your organisation has the discretion to pay the intern a salary between the National Living Wage (currently £12.21ph) and the Real Living Wage (currently £13.85ph for London/ £12.60ph outside of London), at the relevant rate between March 2026-Febrauary 2027.
- Your organisation will take responsibility for providing the balance of funding for this post plus all on costs (Employers' National Insurance, compulsory pension payments, any additional benefits you give your employees, etc.)
- your intern’s employment will commence by end of March 2026.
