NYSNA Direct Payer dues are charged to your credit card on the 15th of each month, and cover your membership for the previous month. NYSNA
members are not obligated to pay dues during any month in which they
failed to receive sufficient salary to equal the
dues deduction, are on unpaid leave, or leave the bargaining unit. This
includes per diem members who do not work a shift during a month, or
members who are on the leave for that entire month.
If any of these situations apply to you, you must fill out this form so we may either stop your monthly dues deduction for
that month, or issue you a refund. In order for your credit card not to be charged, you must put in the request by the 10th of the month. Otherwise, NYSNA will issue a refund to your card.
If a member does not pay dues for more than 90 days, for any reason, they will no longer be considered a member in good standing until they resume dues payments.
