BioEntrepreneurship Initiative Application

The application is now closed for doctoral level applicants, those who have been invited to complete the form by a member of the program team may continue to apply.

Cornell’s BioEntrepreneurship initiative offers Johnson MBA students and doctoral life scientists from across Cornell’s campuses the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world startup creation. Participants receive the tools, training, and connections they need to launch their own life science startups through a certificate program offered by the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Who can apply?

Up to 30 participants are selected per annual cohort, of which half are MBA students and half are researchers/innovators/clinicians on the life-sciences. Researchers/innovators/clinicians should be doctoral (PhD, MD, DVM) candidates, post-docs, or junior faculty from across Cornell’s schools such as Weill Cornell Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Engineering and College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, as well as Cornell’s Tri-Institutional partners.
