2021 ACTIVE Trainee Scholarship (Complimentary Registration)

The 2021 ACTIVE Trainee Scholarship provides interventional radiology residents and diagnostic radiology residents with an opportunity to learn about venous thromboembolism at an early stage in their medical careers. Selected scholars receive complimentary registration to attend ACTIVE, November 12, 2021 – the course is delivered through a powerful combination of online case-based panel discussions, SA-CME-accredited lectures, and case presentations of techniques and devices.

Funding

The 2021 ACTIVE Trainee Registration Scholarship is supported by an unrestricted educational grant provided by the Venous Symposium.

Application Deadline

Applications for the 2021 ACTIVE trainee registration scholarship are due Sunday, September 25th.

Application Criteria

The scholarship is open, based on availability, to all U.S. and Canadian interventional radiology residents
Resident applicants must be current SIR members
Scholarship recipients must attend the entire 2021 ACTIVE meeting
The scholarship covers registration to the 2021 ACTIVE meeting
Scholarship recipients are responsible for their own transportation, housing and incidentals.
