To combat frequency issues on-site, and to ensure you are suitably licensed for the event, we would like to know more about your sound and music arrangements.

Your Music Licence


If you intend to play recorded music or music videos, you must ensure you are properly licensed.


We can obtain a licence on your behalf. It will cost £52 +VAT per stand for a 2-day licence.


If you believe you are already licensed to play sound recordings at an exhibition, please upload a copy of the licence.

Purchasing a Licence


We will obtain a 2-day licence for the exhibition on your behalf.

On the reverse of the cheque, you should write the name of the exhibition, and the stand name and number.


This must be received by Monday 3rd September. You will be covered approximately 1 week before the exhibition.

Using a Sound System

If you intend to use a sound system on your stand, you must indicate the position and direction of the speakers on your stand plans. All speakers must face inwards to the stand, and noise must be kept to reasonable levels to avoid disturbing neighbouring stands. This will be monitored on-site and if you are found to continuously flout the rules, your power will be cut.
