Front of House Training: In our free 4 week in-person program at Chelsea Market, you'll gain the skills and confidence to prepare for a front-of-house career in NYC's vibrant food industry.

Seed: 5-part online program for starting a food business (module based). After submitting an application, you will receive an invitation to register for an orientation. The next cohort starts on
September 16th.
Start: This program provides eligible businesses with a subsidized licensed commercial kitchen space where entrepreneurs can produce their food product & have access to tools and resources to test their business model. Applications are now closed.
Scale: Educational and technical assistance program that supports established food businesses poised for growth to develop a tailored capital strategy and connect with capital providers aligned with their goals. Applications are now open until September 12th.
