Hot Bread Kitchen's Programs:Culinary Training Program: 5 week in-person Culinary job training at Chelsea Market or one of our community outposts throughout the city. Intermediate English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is also available for eligible participants.

Front of House Training: In our free 4 week in-person program at Chelsea Market, you'll gain the skills and confidence to prepare for a front-of-house career in NYC's vibrant food industry.
Upcoming program dates: March 20th-April 24th.
Seed: 5-part online program for starting a food business (module based). After submitting an application, you will receive an invitation to register for an orientation. The next cohort starts on
January 12th.
Start: This program provides eligible businesses with a subsidized licensed commercial kitchen space where entrepreneurs can produce their food product & have access to tools and resources to test their business model.
