Red Shoe Crew Member Expectations

Commit to the mission and goals of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana (RMHC NEIN).

Act in the best interest of RMHC NEIN.

Act honestly, fairly, ethically, and with integrity.

Conduct ourselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner to fellow Red Shoe Crew members, Ronald McDonald House staff, volunteers and families served.

Act in a manner to enhance and maintain the reputation of RMHC NEIN.

Respect the confidentiality of information relating to the affairs of RMHC NEIN and the families we serve that may be acquired during service as Red Shoe Crew Members.

Regularly attend and participate in Red Shoe Crew events.

Be an advocate for RMHC NEIN in the community– Red Shoe Crew members are expected to be vocal advocates for the House and are encouraged to bring individuals to Red Shoe Crew outings, RMHC NEIN events, or to the Ronald McDonald House for tours.

Selecting Agree indicates acceptance of these expectations.
