Thank you for your interest in joining our team of dynamic artists and arts professionals. Members of our Facilitator team may be contacted throughout the year to facilitate workshops and projects anywhere in Queensland as requested by our clients.

Note: This form will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

- An up-to-date CV and Biography including highlighting any specific areas of expertise or interest regarding facilitating workshops and community projects or residencies.
