Please use this form to submit participation for seasonal activity that DOES NOT include cleanup activity.  If you did conduct cleanup activity during the season, you do not need to fill out this form, but do need to submit to the Texas Litter Database for credit.

Non-cleanup activity includes: HHW (and other hard to dispose of items) collection/drop off event, Tire round up, beautification projects (landscaping, murals, etc), recycling drives and educational sessions. Data for these activities will be collected once a year with your Annual Recognition.
