The Job Transition Grant scheme is for unemployed (or underemployed) Lambeth residents aged 18 - 30 who have gained new employment (12 hours per week or more) and who are working with one of the Walcot Foundation's funded partner organisations. To complete this application you will also need to upload:

Proof of a job offer
A recent bank statement (includes your name, address, bank account number and sort code).
