Submit COVID Testing Results

Due to the State of Illinois Executive Order issued on August 26, 2021, Illinois colleges and universities must gather proof of COVID-19 vaccination for registered students taking in-person courses or activities. 

If you are not vaccinated, weekly testing will be required. You may choose to be tested by Highland using the Shield IL program. If you are undergoing COVID testing elsewhere, you may choose to not test using Shield IL and instead to submit your test results here. See the FAQs for more information about the type of tests accepted. Your testing results must be submitted weekly as long as you are taking in-person courses or activities at Highland. All records remain confidential.
