NCCPC Member Public Profile Form

The objective of this form is to collect high-level program descriptions for every member in a consolidated NCCPC Member Program Guide/Directory.

The audiences for this information include:
  • Current campus partners (e.g. CSU East Bay) and future partners (e.g. UCs, CCCs, HBCUs) 
  • Current workforce partners (e.g. MLT and Gap Inc.) and future partners
  • Students (prospective applicants for open applications)

This information will answer baseline questions like the mission, number of students and regions served, whether supporting college access and/or success, and if they provide scholarship funding.
