This form is the initial application for grant funding from the Connect Fund.
We strongly recommend that you read the funding guidelines to determine eligibility and to inform the suitability of your request for funding. You can also send us an email or contact us by telephone on 0207 632 9087 with any queries.
Please note the Fund does not fund frontline charities or social enterprises involved in direct service delivery, unless the proposal is directly linked to improving the social investment market in England. If you are a frontline organisation with questions about, or seeking, social investment you should consult
Good Finance.
Following the submission of your enquiry, we will review the information you have provided and follow up with further questions, if necessary. If you progress to the next stage, we will ask you to complete a full online application form.
This form is short, but if you want to see all the questions before you start, you can navigate through the pages using the page number links at the top of the form.
You can either type directly into the form or, if you prefer, you can cut and paste from another application such as Word. You are strongly advised to save your form by using the links at the top of the form. You will be asked for a password and will be sent an email with a link to the saved form. We do not have access to your password, but if you forget what it is, you can reset it yourself via the link you are given, or contact us to send you a new one. If you have any problems completing the form, please contact us on 0207 632 9087. There is a help link in the bottom left hand corner of this page, or you can reach us by email.
