Job Transition Grant - Referrer Declaration

The Job Transition Grant scheme is for unemployed or underemployed Lambeth residents aged 18 - 30 who have gained new employment (at least 12 hours per week) and who are working with an eligible Walcot Foundation partner organisation.

This declaration form is to be completed by the partner organisation who are providing employability support and summitted in addition to the job transition grant application form completed by the young person.
