What is the evidence in your organisation that more funding is needed that would allow you to pay at least a real Living Wage at current rates? (Currently £11.95/hour in London, £10.90/hour in the rest of the UK) e.g. local authorities you are working with aren't commissioning care at high enough rates to pay staff higher wages

Can you provide evidence that increasing wages for Care Workers has an impact on the quality of care to recipients? e.g. had better satisfaction rates from clients/care users, better health outcomes for clients/care users, higher CQC rating.
3. Have you seen links between increased pay and benefits to the organisation? e.g.
have you increased wages and seen an improvement in staff turnover, found it easier to recruit staff, had better satisfaction rates from clients/care users.
