Thank you for agreeing to wear-test Good Feet’s cushion samples. The objective of this survey (after a week of wear-testing) is to identify the best cushion to complement Good Feet Arch Supports.

You should have received 5 cushions with a tan cover and 5 cushions with a black cover. The tan-covered cushions are for the Slipper and Leather Walking shoe, and the black-covered cushions are for the Neutral and Stability Athletic shoes.

Please try all of these cushions in various types of footwear and with various Good Feet Arch Supports, and then please answer these questions after a week of wear-testing.
