Think Ahead - Registration form

Thank you for your interest in applying to Think Ahead.

Before you start your application, please read the How to apply page and check you are eligible to apply. Please also read some frequently asked questions about the programme.

Your application will be assessed against the Think Ahead attributes.

There are three parts to the application. 

1. Once you are ready, please fill in this registration form below. 

2. You will then be emailed a link to fill out a situational judgement test to test your suitability as a social worker. You have five days to complete this. Once submitted, we will send you a confirmation email so that you know we have received it.

3. We will contact you within 6 days. If you are successful, we will ask you to fill out an application form. You will need to submit this prior to our application deadline.

Information about you

Please enter the name by which you wish to be referred. E.g. If your first name is 'Susan' but you wish to be called 'Sue', please enter 'Sue'.

Please include an email address that you will have regular access to between now and July 2021. If you have already signed up on the website, please use the same email address here.

Please input a valid 11-digit UK mobile number. If you have an overseas number, please type in a zero followed by ten ones to indicate a dummy number.

Address details

Please input a valid 9-digit National Insurance number without any spaces e.g. NX398200F. If you do not have one, please input AA000000A as a dummy code.
