Yes
No
Experience
What is your experience with riding a bike? Why do you like to bike?
What is your experience with with having conversations about race, gender, and mobility justice? And how do you see intersectionality playing into this conversation?
As a moderator you need to have the ability to read written conversations of a diverse community and be able to moderate with an understanding of how the context of power, privileges, and lived experience might be occurring in conversations. How will you bring this level of thoughtfulness to your role as a moderator?
