What is a Consultation (And what is it not)?
In the legal field, a consultation is a discussion between an attorney and a prospective client about the possibility of forming a client-lawyer relationship with respect to a legal matter. During your consultation, a G&A attorney may:
  • advise you of the legal benefit(s) potentially available to the prospective client;
  • inform you of associated fees, costs, and procedures; and
  • explain how to enter into a formal Legal Services Agreement with G&A, which we require in order to establish an attorney-client relationship.
Completing this Form and consultation with a G&A attorney do not create an agreement or obligation for the attorney to legally represent you. Also, confidential information should not be sent through this form.

Consultation Fee: Goel & Anderson charges a fee of $300 for an in-person or telephonic consultation of up to 30 minutes with one of the firm's attorneys. Payment is required prior to the scheduled consultation, and can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) for a telephonic consultation, or by cash, credit card or money order for an in-person consultation. If we are retained within thirty days of the consultation, the paid consultation fee will be applied toward any subsequent legal fees.
