What We Do & It's Importance
We work with AABLI alumni and partner organizations to increase board diversity. AABLI's placement services create a pathway for connecting African American professionals to organizations seeking diversity on their governing boards.

Our country's changing demographics are creating a workforce that is more diverse than ever. In this dynamic new environment, the boards of nonprofits foundations, commissions, and corporations must be more inclusive and more representative of the communities and customers they serve.
