Intellectual Property Standard
Student Course Handouts - I understand that I will retain the intellectual property of any course material or student handouts that I develop or use to deliver the program. ILIA Rights: I do agree that ILIA will have the right to receive an electronic copy of handouts and presentations used to add to its Leadership Resource Center for student, staff, volunteer and partner reference. I further understand that should ILIA have a reason to make copies of course content it will seek permission. In cases where ILIA is contracting with the Instructor to develop the course content and not just deliver the course ILIA shall retain the intellectual property rights to developed content, such cases will be handled under a separate agreement.
