CLTA Conference          

Package Information

We are looking forward to having world language elementary, secondary, and postsecondary educators from all over California. The Exhibit dates are March 7-8. The booths will be set up Thursday morning, March 6th. You & your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm

Artisan Package: $250 for two days 

  • Artisan may share with another Artisan
  • Artisan filling out this form is responsible for payment
  • Exhibits Chair will assign booth
  • Package includes:
    • one (1) 8' x 10' table
    • two (2) chairs
    • two (2) representatives (one from each org if sharing)

When this form is submitted and payment is received, this form becomes a contractual agreement for exhibit space at the CLTA 2025 CLTA Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Mission Valley (San Diego).

Terms & Conditions

·      Total payment must be received by February 22, 2025

·      No refunds will be made unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the first day of the conference.  A nonrefundable $25 processing fee will be assessed.
